When you import lists into FastEnvelope, FastEnvelope let's you arrange the items in those lists in a way that is suitable for your envelope or postcard. These arrangements are called Formats and they can be used over and over again, and even edited.
After a time, however, you may want to remove one or more of your Formats: Select 'Clear Formats' from the Edit menu.
